Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund. Your product qualifies in any condition — opened or unopened, used or unused. You do not need to ship anything back. Simply contact our customer service team to request your refund.
How to Request a Refund

Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method and may take up to 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. There are no return-shipping charges and no restocking or processing fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] or call (800) 000-0000.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up until the date they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, the money-back guarantee above applies. To cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription, use the Easy Cancel form or contact customer service; cancellation applies to future orders and there are no cancellation fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
